Observation

Hi my name is Sterling Reed and I am the CEO and founder of
Illinoiscitywalk.com and a current resident of Orland Park, IL. This concept
sort of came into play, because I was once a business owner in Orland
Park, and I knew from prime experience how hard it was to compete with
so many other restaurants and franchises in this city. With so many
choices offered to residents, competition, and big chains, you can easily
lose money if you're not exposed correctly.

I didn't have a big store, and quite frankly with so many stores and
businesses surrounding me, I was barely noticed. Many of us relied solely
on our marketing, discounts, and word of mouth techniques to be noticed.
Imagine 20 pizza parlors, 10 Nail salons, all probably within a 4 miles radius.
With this idea in mind I asked myself, what it would be like to create a
virtual community that will allow every business owner big or small an equal
leverage, to be seen, promote and market their business efficiently. Where
they will no longer be passed up by busy traffic and hidden corners.

No outside banner advertising allowed here, and for the fraction of the cost
you are not competing with the cyberspace clutters, popup advertisements
and high cost overheads just to be recognized.
