Primary Responsibilites: * You will be responsible for signing up and marketing our website product and subscriptions to local businesses in Orland Park, Illinois and the surrounding South West Suburb areas. * We are seeking a marketing representative that's creative and can bring some strong marketing ideas to the table even during these hard economic times. * You will need to have excellent communication skills, Maintain a positive attitude, be politely understanding in taking occasional rejections from clients; yet successfully driven enough to eventually turn some of those rejections into future clients. * You will do some warm and cold calling marketing, to setup a meeting with these potential clients at their place of business. * Initially you will need to attend a few training meetings or web-conferencing meetings to better understand what we have to offer our VIP tenants and visitors. * You will need a reliable car to drive to these potential clients businesses * Your license must not be suspended and in good standing * Your car must be fully insured. * You must have some computer knowledge * We ask that you have some simple graphics design knowledge, such as {cut & pasting pictures} * We ask that you have at least {2} years of Sales & Marketing experience MAJOR PLUS BUT NOT NECESSARILY REQUIRED: Own your own laptop Photoshop application skills Web Design skills RATE: We will pay you a base pay + Commission on each new tenant that you signup. Qualifications: We ask that you take the time out to surf our website to educate yourself about what we offer our tenants and visitors.
